Dr KC begins 13th hunger strike

Oct 5, 2017-Senior orthopedic surgeon at the Maharajgunj-based Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) Dr Govinda KC, who has already staged 12 rounds of hunger strike demanding reforms in medical education sector, began his fast-unto-death for the 13th time with four-point demand on Thursday.
